Vandals hit school and bus in south Charlotte

SOUTH CHARLOTTE - Police were called to South Mecklenburg High School Tuesday morning after a bus and two buildings were found vandalized.

According to a Charlotte Mecklenburg Police report, the vandalism was reported at 7:22 a.m.

Police said a bus was spray painted in several spots and had been egged, and two athletic buildings used for storage were spray painted with the phrase "South Meck Suck [sic]."

School officials told police they think the crime was done some time over the weekend.
